Five Star acquires InterCon Construction
Five Star Energy Services, a leading underground utility construction company operating across 16 states, announced it acquired Waunakee, Wisconsin-based company InterCon Construction. The deal was made final on Sep. 11, 2025.
The acquisition strengthens Five Star’s presence in the natural gas and electrical markets, while also solidifying capabilities across the firm’s core regions.
